摘要

Abstract

Microwave digestion as a pre-treatment method,the mass fraction of 30 kinds of elements such as Ca, Zn,P,Mg,K,Fe in Northeast and Brazil pine nuts was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,the correction accuracy and reliability of experiment method were corrected through biological composition analysis standard material-chicken GBW10018(GSB-9),celery GBW10048(GSB-26).The results showed that each element has good linear relationship,correlation coefficient(R)is 0.999 1 ~1.000 0,the detection limit is 0.009 ~3.65 μg/L;Compared with Brazil pine nuts,the content of Ca,Zn,P,Mg,K,Fe in Northeast pine nuts is significantly higher than that of Brazil pine nuts;The values of 30 kinds of elements in material-chicken and celery are all within standard values.The method is accurate,reliable,sensitive,which can provide reference for quality control,nutritional evaluation and purchase of pine nuts.
