改良综合体位干预对甲状腺手术患者临床效果分析
Clinical Effect of Improved Comprehensive Body position Intervention in Thyroid Surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of improved postural comprehensive intervention after thyroid surgery.Method 84 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were treated with the conventional operation method and those in the observation group with the improved postural comprehensive intervention,including the preoperative nursing,intraoperative improved posture and postoperative care.Results Compared with those in the control group,the preoperative position training were better(P<0.05), the resettlement position time,operation time,postoperative hospitalization time and bed time were lower(P<0.05),the incidence of postoperative headache,vomiting and moderately severe symptoms were less(P<0.05), and the satisfaction and comfort scores were higher(P<0.05)in the observation group.Conclusion Improved comprehensive body position intervention can effectively reduce or avoid the thyroid postoperative syndrome,and improve patient satisfaction and comfort,worth popularizing.关键词
