NaCl胁迫对鸡冠花种子萌发与抗氧化酶活性的影响
Effect of NaCl Stress on Antioxidant Enzymes Activity and Seed Germination Stage of Celosia cristata
摘要
Abstract
The effect of NaCl stress on seed germination rate,seedling fresh weight,radicle length,germ length of Celosia cristata and antioxidant enzyme activity was analyzed. The results showed that there were significant variations on seed germination rate(F=17.73**),seedling fresh weight(F=18.14**),radicle length(F=12.75**)and embryo length(F=12.38**)under the different concentrations of NaCl stress.According to the regression equation of germination rate and salt concentration,and the fatal concentration was 193.34 mmol/L. The activity of antioxidant enzymes were different during seeds germination of Celosia cristata in NaCl solution. The more NaCl in solution,the lower enzyme activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD), and the higher enzyme activity of Catalase(CAT).There were significant difference of activity SOD,POD and CAT among NaCl solution grads(F=93.42**,16.47**and 47.89**).关键词
