Study on antioxidant effect of Shenjing Guben prescription on D-galactose-induced aging model

摘要

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of Shenjing guben on subacute aging model mice.Methods Seventy mice were randomly divided into 7 groups:normal control group,model group,low,middle and high dose of Gubenfang group,Jingui Shenqiwan group and vitamin E group, with 10 in each group mice (except for the normal control group) were dosed subcutaneously with D-galactose at the dose of 125 mg/kg to establish the aging model. To observe the Guben side and the Jingui Shenqi pill and VE contrast treatment,observe the learning and memory ability,weight gain rate, thymus index and spleen index, determination of brain tissue MDA, SODand T-AOC and other indicators. Results The weight gain rate of Shen Jing Guben high-dose group decreased(P<0.01).The expression of thymus index and spleen(P<0.01).The spleen index of Shen Jing Guben recipe group was slightly increased(P<0.05), while the activity of SOD and T-AOC of Shenjing Guban high dose group was significantly increased(P<0.01), MDA content was significantly lower(P < 0.01),and Shenjing Guben middle dose group SOD activity increased slightly(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenjing Guben prescription can improve the learning and memory ability of aging mice and enhance the anti-oxidative capacity of mouse brain tissue to achieve the purpose of anti-aging.
