电针深刺对三叉神经痛大鼠三叉神经节中P2Y2受体及Kv3.4表达的影响
Effect of electroacupuncture deep needle therapy on P2Y2 receptor and Kv3.4 expression in trigeminal ganglion of trigeminal neuralgia rats

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture deep needle therapy on the expression of P2Y2 receptor and Kv3.4 in trigeminal neuralgia rats and to elucidate the analgesic mechanism of this method. Methods 30 SD rats (adult healthy male) were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group and electroacupuncture group, 10 rats in each group. Preparation of rat trigeminal neuralgia model (infraorbital nerve chronic narrowing ring method). The three groups were detected by the filament method of pain threshold, respectively, 14 days and 28 days after the detection of pain threshold and compared between groups; Western blot was used to detect the expression of P2Y2 receptor in rat ganglioside (TG) neurons in all three groups and compared among groups; Three groups were used real-time quantitative PCR technology to detect the expression of Kv3.4mRNA in rat ganglia, and compared between groups. Results The pain threshold of rats with trigeminal neuralgia increased significantly (P<0.05) after EA acupuncture treatment, the expression of P2Y2 receptor was significantly decreased and the expression of Kv3.4 mRNA was significantly increased in TG group compared with model group (P < 0.05) ), there are no significant difference compared with the sham operation group (P > 0.05). Conclusion This method can reduce the P2Y2 receptor expression while increasing Kv3.4 mRNA expression, inhibition of neuronal excitability and play a role in analgesia.关键词
