参景固本方体外抗氧化能力的研究
Study on the antioxidative capacity of Shenjing Guben prescriptions
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the scavenging free radical capacity and antioxidant activity of Shenjing Guben prescriptions in this experiment by scavenging DPPH free radical,superoxide anion free radical and hydroxyl free radical. Methods VC as a control reagent, DPPH free radicals, superoxide anion free radicals and hydroxyl radical scavenging experiments.Results Shenjing Guben prescription had different scavenging effects on DPPH free radical, superoxide anion free radical and hydroxyl free radical. At the concentration of 1 mg/mL, DPPH free radical, superoxide anion free radical and hydroxyl free radical The clearance rate reached 71.18%, 66.58% and 36.59%. Conclusion The conclusion reveals that Shenjing Guben prescriptions has a certain anti-oxidant effect.关键词
