从"久病入络"论治特发性肺纤维化合并肺癌
Discussion on the pathogenesis and treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis with lung cancer from "collateral invasion in chronic illness"
摘要
Abstract
Primary lung cancer (LC) is one of the major complications of IPF. Studies have confi rmed idiopathic pulmonary fi brosis in patients with lung cancer incidence was higher than that of ordinary people, but because of the difficulties in diagnosis and treatment, treatment methods and the clinical prognosis is poor. This "chronic illness into the collateral" as the theoretical basis, through the analysis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF-LC) and disease characteristics between chronic illness into the collateral. It is considered that the main pathogenesis of IPF-LC is lung qi deficiency, pulmonary collateral stasis, phlegm and blood stasis poison each other. The treatment should be based on the principle of "invigorating qi and collaterals, removing phlegm and stasis, removing toxic and dredging collaterals"as the principle, hoping to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.关键词
