肾衰方对慢性肾衰竭患者血清微炎症状态的影响及肾功能保护作用
Effect of renal failure recipe on serum micro inflammatory state and renal function in patients with chronic renal failure

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of renal failure recipe on serum micro inflammatory state and renal function in patients with chronic renal failure. Methods 78 patients with chronic renal failure from May 2014 to November 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group, respectively 39 cases. Control group were treated with correct renal microcirculation, treatment of primary disease and other treatment. The study group received more with renal failure recipe treatment, and 2 groups were treated for 4 weeks. Blood samples collected at 4 weeks and at 8 weeks after treatment before treatment, and determination of the protection of renal function (CCR, BUN, Scr, β2-MG), infl ammation (CRP, IL-6, TNF-α) and immune function (CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+) index to evaluate the treatment between the two groups effect. Results Compared with that before treatment, levels of CCR increased in 2 groups after4 and 8 weeks treatment, levels of BUN, Scr, β2-MG decreased, levels of CPR, IL-6, TNF-α decreased, CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/ CD8+ increased (P<0.05); Compared with the control group, levels of CCR were higher in the study group, levels of BUN, Scr, β2-MG were lower, levels of CRP, IL-6、TNF-α were lower, CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/ CD8+ were higher (P<0.05). The effective rate of the control group (74.36%) was lower than that the study group (92.31%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Renal failure Recipe in the treatment of chronic renal failure was effective, which can inhibit the micro infl ammatory state and protect renal function, and improve the immune function.关键词
