温针灸疗法对胆囊切除术后胃肠功能恢复的影响
Effect of moxbustion with warming needle on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after cholecystectomy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of moxbustion with warming needle on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 100 patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction were collected in our hospital and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 50 cases in each group, the control group was treated with routine western medicine, such as anti-infl ammatory, digestible and gastrointestinal motivation, the treatment group based on the control group combined with the application of moxbustion with warming needle, two groups were treated for 4 weeks. Comparing the clinical curative effect, postoperative abdominal distension recovery, recuperation time and anal exhaust time, nausea and vomiting after surgery of two groups. Results After treatment, the clinical total effective rate in treatment group was 86.0%, the clinical total effective rate in control group was 50.0%, the treatment group improved significantly than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Compared the postoperative abdominal distension recovery of two groups, the treatment group improved significantly than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); Compared the recuperation time and anal exhaust time of two groups, the recuperation time and anal exhaust time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);Compared the nausea and vomiting after surgery, the control of nausea and vomiting after surgery in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion moxbustion with warming needle can promote recovery of gastrointestinal function after cystic resection adjustment. It can effectively compensate the bile duct function to fully effective compensatory function of biliary tract. It can assist patients with early exhaust defecation and reduce the incidence of abdominal distension.关键词
