膝关节内外联合治疗老年膝骨性关节炎
Knee joint internal and external treatment in elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of knee joint cavity treatment (joint cavity infusion, joint manipulation) and knee joint peripheral soft tissue release in the treatment of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods 100 cases of elderly knee osteoarthritis patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 50 cases of 60 knee joint cavity treatment (articular cavity perfusion, joint manipulation) combined with knee joint peripheral soft tissue release solution treatment, the control group of 50 cases of 58 knee joint cavity perfusion . Respectively for 4 weeks were observed in the two groups of symptoms and signs of improvement and comprehensive curative effect. Results The symptoms, signs, grading quantization score compared two groups before and after treatment group differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05), and after treatment, the treatment group is significantly better than the control one (P < 0.05). The curative effect of the treatment group is higher than it of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion It is a very good clinical curative effect to observe knee joint cavity internal and external joint treatment of arthritis.关键词
