眼针联合中医护理对脑梗死急性期患者神经功能缺损的影响
Effects of eyes acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the neurological impairment of patients with acute cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of eyes acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the neurological impairment of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 68 cases of acute phase of cerebral infarction patients was selected in our hospital and randomly divided into 2 groups using random numbers table. 34 cases in each group. Control group was treated with basic treatment and nursing of acute cerebral infarction and the experimental group was treated by eyes acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine nursing based on the conventional method. The clinical efficiency and the neurological deficit score was detected and evaluated. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.7%, the total effective rate of the control group was 66.2%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The neurological defect score of two groups are lower, compared with the control group, experimental group was lower obviously (P<0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptoms of both groups were reduced, and the reduction of symptoms in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Eye acupuncture can effectively promote the recovery of neurological deficit in patients with acute cerebral infarction by stimulating the meridians and nerves around the eyes, promoting muscle activity.关键词
