Abstract
Objective Through concluding main symptoms and clinical curative effect changes of the hyperthyroidism patients, to discuss the main symptoms characteristics of patients. Methods All hyperthyroidism patients from January, 2010 to December, 2016 were retrospectively analyzed, included diagnosis of age, gender, main clinical symptoms and signs, medication category, thyroid function, symptom disappearance time index to analyze the clinical features and curative effects. Results Weight reduction as the main symptoms of hyperthyroidism patients' FT3, FT4 levels were significantly higher than those patients with fatigue, tachycardia, and hidrosis before treatment (P< 0.05). Compared with other main symptoms, the shortest time needed for patients was tachycardia symptoms (P < 0.05), weight reduction was the longest one (P < 0.01); Hidrosis and TPOAb were in crosscorrelation (P<0.05). Conclusion Different clinical main symptom of hyperthyroidism patients is mutually related with the thyroid antibody levels, thyroid function changes, and symptoms remission time.关键词
