摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of education on the glycemic control and self-management of diabetic patients with insulin pump. Methods Sixty patients with diabetes who were treated with insulin pump after admission were randomly divided into experimental group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The experimental group used authorized education method, according to the five steps of this theory, to make education for patients plan. Control group using conventional education methods. Respectively at admission, 14 days after admission evaluation of glycemic control in patients with diabetes, self-management efficiency. Results There were significant differences in the glycemic control and self-management efficacy scores of diabetic patients in the experimental group compared with the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion Empowerment education outperforms conventional education in improving glycemic control and self-management efficacy in diabetic patients with insulin pump.关键词
