聚合物胶束脑靶向给药系统的研究
Research of polymer micelles brain targeting drug delivery system
摘要
Abstract
The blood-brain barrier (Blood brain barrier, BBB) is the barrier for most drugs to enter the blood circulation system from the central nervous system (Central nervous system, CNS). Amphiphilic polymer micelles, having the characteristics of small particle size, high stability and good biocompatibility, can significantly improve the solubility of insoluble drugs at the BBB. Through surface-brain-targeted modification using these amphiphilic polymer micelles, active delivery of drugs at the BBB and targeting performance can be achieved for improving the therapeutic efficacy. In this paper, the permeability of drugs at the BBB was improved with the application of polymer micelles. The mechanism of the transportation was well elucidated, followed by an overview of the latest research progresses and the applications in encephalopathy treatment.关键词
