摘要

Abstract

Improving the production management level of cable material in industrial field and monitoring the production data accurately in real time is important for cable production.Cable material production system took STM32 as the master controller and collected the temperature,pressure,and speed in the production process of cable material.Combined with Modbus protocol,the data were uploaded to MCGS touch screen through RS485,so real-time collection and display of production data were realized.The actual operation results show that the system is stable and reliable,easy to operate,and has good human-computer interaction and practicability.It has a certain reference for similar industrial sites to improve the level of automation.
