Influence of DBPC in Insulating Oil on Aging Rate of Oil-Paper System and Production Characteristics of Furfural
摘要
Abstract
Dibutyl paractesol (DBPC) is the most commonly used antioxidant in insulating oil. The study indicated that adding dibutyl paractesol to insulating oil influenced the aging of insulating paper and production of furfural in laboratory. To further study the impact of DBPC on the aging of oil-paper insulation system and furfural production, different concentrations of DBPC were added to the oil-immersed insulating paper system, which were aged at 130℃ then. After that, the DP of insulating paper and the content of furfural in insulating oil as well as paper were periodically measured. Finally, the effect of antioxidants on aging rate of paper, furfural production and furfural ageing assessment of transformer was analyzed. The following conclusions were obtained. Firstly, the existence of antioxidants in insulating oil accelerates the aging of insulating paper. Therefore, the appending proportion of antioxidants in insulating oil should be minimized on the premise that its good antioxidant property is guaranteed. Secondly, the addition of antioxidants in insulating oil increases the furfural production and the lager amount of antioxidant was added, the more furfural was produced. Consequently, it is of vital significance to premeditate the amount of antioxidant in insulating oil when using furfural to evaluate the aging of transformer. Thirdly, the acid value of the oil increase when DBPC was added, and the hydrogen ions ionized by DBPC at high temperature is the main reason lead to paper accelerative age and increasing furfural production.关键词
