摘要
Abstract
Compared to the bridge-type topology,dual-Buck inverter topology can avoid the shoot-through problem of the bridge legs fundamentally.And the reverse recovery losses of the diodes can be reduced.The working principles of the three-phase dual-Buck and bridge-type inverter with space vector pulse width modulation control were discussed contrastively.Quantitative analysis on the performance of two types of inverters was given about the AC side current harmonics and circuit losses.The simulation and experimental results prove that compared to the three-phase bridge-type inverter,the dual-Buck inverter can reduce the AC current harmonics and has a higher efficiency.关键词
