基于混合型模糊PID的加热炉温度控制系统应用
Application of Reheating Furnace Temperature Control System by Hybrid Fuzzy PID
摘要
Abstract
Due to the reheating furnace temperature system having the characteristics of large delay,nonlinear and time-varying,the traditional PID control method is difficult to adapt to the characteristics. Fuzzy control can effectively adapt to this kind of working condition,but it has the characteristics of low control precision.Therefore,a hybrid fuzzy PID controller was designed.When the deviation between the set temperature and the actual temperature was greater than the threshold value,the fuzzy control would play a leading role in improving the dynamic characteristic of the system;when the deviation between the set temperature and the actual temperature was less than the threshold value,PID control would play a leading role in improving the steady state accuracy of the system.The practical results show that the control system not only improves the response speed and control precision of furnace temperature,but also can save energy and reduce consumption.关键词
