摘要

Abstract

A sensor fault diagnosis method based on extended observer and genetic algorithm was presented.First, a mathematical model of induction motor including model error,unknown disturbances and sensor faults was set up. Then,an augmented observer was designed to simultaneously estimate system states and current sensor faults.Finally,in order to attenuate the effects from the modeling error and environment disturbances/noises,a genetic algorithm was employed to design observer gain by minimizing the estimation error against modeling errors and environmental disturbances/noises.Furthermore,a simulation model based on Matlab was designed to validate the proposed methods, which has demonstrated the efficiency of the proposed sensor fault diagnosis approaches.The proposed methods have great potential to improve the reliability of the real-time operation of the induction motor drive systems.
