摘要

Abstract

The battery detection chip which adoptd cascading style,and whose model was LTC6804-1,was used as the SOC active equilibrium system of the lithium battery to satisfy the real-time and accuracy requirements about the battery voltage,temperature,current each cell in the safe supply system of the mine evacuation chamber.And it could complete the data collection combining microprocessors whose model was Freescale KEA128 series to a large number of cells in a relatively short period of time. Currently,equalization methods of the battery pack are mostly passive equilibrium,however,some shortcomings are exited in passive equilibrium,such as low efficiency,plenty of fever,or it can not give full play to the battery life and so on. To overcome these problems,an active equilibrium system of transformer based on LTC3300-1 was designed,which was also based on the battery SOC,as well as the system had higher balancing efficiency and larger energy efficiency.The experimental results are obvious.
