摘要

Abstract

Industrial waste acid water is an inevitable waste in industrial daily production,and the treatment of wastewater directly affects the environment.The control method of two level pH value was adopted and the pH value was controlled in 6.0~8.0 in polymer flocculants,the supernatant in waste acid water was took as reclaimed water to keep recycling,the scrap was filtered and treated uniformly. The system completed human-computer interaction through a touch screen,and it was easy to operate. Completed automatic control of pH value for negative feedback through PLC can improve production efficiency and reduce the demand for fresh water.
