Cloning and Prokaryotic Expression of Pj-CPR Gene of Parabronema skrj abini
摘要
Abstract
In order to screen the antigen genes of Parabronema skrj abini for serological diagnosis and im-mune control of parabronemiasis,in this study,the cystine protease from Parabronema skrj abini(Pj-CPR) gene was analyzed by bioinformatics.RT-PCR was used to obtain Pj-CPR.The recombinant plasmid pETCPR was transformed into E.coli BL2 1 (DE3)and induced to express the recombinant protein rCPR. The results of SDS-PAGE and Western blot showed that the rCPR size of the recombinant protein was 1 7.6 ku,which was mainly expressed in the form of inclusion bodies and could specifically bind to IgG in the camel serum infected with parasites,and had good antigenic activity.The results could lay the founda-tion for the study of serological diagnosis and immune control of parabronemiasis.关键词
