摘要

Abstract

With the completion of the genomes of many Microsporidia species,the comparative genomics and functional genomics have become the major research tasks of Microsporidia and that will provide significant data for illuminating the pathogenesis of Microsporidia.Meanwhile,investigating on the prevalence of Mi-crosporidia using the molecular epidemiology method revealed that Microsporidia wide spread in silkworm, mammal and aquaculture animals,which could provide a reference for studying the epidemic characteristics. Based on the more than 100 years of Microsporidia researches,the future work will refine the genomics and molecular epidemiology study and achieve new breakthroughs in the pathogenic mechanism and molecular diagnostics of Microsporidia.
