云南省部分地区猪群猪瘟血清抗体监测及分析
Monitoring and Analysis of Serum Antibody of Classical Swine Fever in Some Areas of Yunnan Province
摘要
Abstract
In order to find out the immunization status of classical swine fever(CSF)vaccine in some areas of Yunnan province,3 5 1 blood samples were taken for classical swine fever antibody test by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The results showed that the positive rates of antibodies was high in both Honghe and Chuxiong areas,and the positive rates were all more than 92%.The positive rates were 100% in most places.Except for individual groups,the mean and dispersion of the antibody blocking rate in each group were similar,the antibody level is higher and the immune effect is better.关键词
