Effects of Heat Stress on Intestinal Mucosal Structure and Function of Poultry and Its Possible Reasons
摘要
Abstract
Heat stress is an important factor that affects the growth and health of poultry. The intestinal tract is not only the site of digestion and absorption of nutrients by poultry,but also the first line of defense against mi?croorganisms from the outside world. Heat stress affects the intestinal structural of poultry,interferes the intesti?nal microbial balance,influences the intestinal immune function,damages to the integrity of intestinal mucosa, increases the chance of bacterial translocation, and finally affects the growth and health of poultry. This paper mainly reviewed the results of studies on the effects of heat stress on intestinal structure of poultry,and prelimi?narily proposed the possible causes of heat stress affected intestinal structure of poultry,to provide scientific ba?sis for understanding the effects of heat stress on intestinal health of poultry.关键词
