Research Progress of Effects of Subacute Ruminal Acidosis on Rumen Epithelium and Internal Environment of Ruminants
摘要
Abstract
Subacute ruminal acidosis(SARA)is the most common nutritional metabolic disease in modern in?tensive ruminant production. Because of the increase of concentrate in diet, the structure of diet is changed, which makes the accumulating of volatile fatty acids in rumen, reduce of rumen fluid pH, and changes of mi?croflora, finally resulting in chronic disease. This paper introduced the effects of SARA on rumen epithelium and the internal environment of ruminants. The changes of epithelium structure,cell junction,permeability and internal environment were described in detail,which provide theoretical reference for in?depth study of SARA.关键词
