发酵豆渣对建鲤生长性能、血浆生化指标和抗氧化能力的影响
Effects of Fermented Soybean Residue on Growth Performance, Plasma Biochemical Indexes and Antioxidant Capacity of Jian Carp

Abstract
This experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of fermented soybean residue(FSR)on the growth performance,plasma biochemical indexes and antioxidant capacity of Jian carp with the initial body weight of 8.49 g. Five isonitrogenous and isolipidic diets were formulated to contain different levels[0(FSR0, as control),6%(FSR6),12%(FSR12),18%(FSR18)and 24%(FSR24),respectively]of FSR to replace soybean meal. Each diet designed 3 replicates and each replicate cultured 30 fish. The experiment lasted for 9 weeks. The results showed that the specific growth rate(SGR)and protein efficiency ratio(PER)of fish in the FSR12group were significantly higher than those of other groups(P<0.05), while the feed intake(FI) and feed conversion ratio(FCR)were the lowest in the FSR12group. The viscera somatic ratio(VSI)was sig?nificantly decreased as FSR supplemental level increasing(P<0.05), but the hepatosomatic index(HSI)was firstly increased and then decreased. There were no significant differences in the activities of alanine amin?otransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and glutathione peroxi?dase(GPx),the contents of glucose(Glu)and triglyceride(TG)and the value of GPx/superoxide dismutase (SOD)in plasma among all groups(P>0.05). The plasma total protein(TP)content in the FSR12group was not significantly different compared with FSR18group(P>0.05),but significantly higher than that of the other groups(P<0.05). Plasma total cholesterol(TC)and malondialdehyde(MDA)contents in the control group were significantly higher than those in the experimental groups(P<0.05), while plasma SOD and catalase (CAT)activities were significantly lower than those in the experimental groups(P<0.05). Regression analy?sis based on SGR indicates that the optimal FSR supplemental level in the Jian carp diet is 10.2%. Too high supplemental level will inhibit the growth,but can improve the body's antioxidant capacity of Jian carp.关键词
