不同蛋白质源组合对保育猪生长性能及血清生化指标的影响
Effects of Different Protein Source Combinations on Growth Performance and Serum Biochemical Indices of Nursery Piglets

Abstract
In this experiment, fish meal, spray?dried plasma protein(SDPP), yeast extract(YE)and dried porcine solubles(DPS)were added into a diet according to a certain proportion, in order to compare the effects of different protein source combinations on growth performance and serum biochemical indices of nurs?ery piglets. A total of 108 nursery piglets with the initial body weight of(6.36±0.20)kg were randomly divid?ed into three groups,each group had six replicates and each replicate had 6 piglets. Piglets in group A(control group)were fed a diet containing 1.5% SDPP+2.0% fish meal, piglets in groups B and C were fed the diets containing 3.0% DPS+5.0% fish meal and 2.0% YE+2.0% DPS+2.0% fish meal, respectively. The experi?ment comprised 3 d?adaptation and 14 d?test. The results showed as follows: 1)the average daily feed intake and average daily gain in the group B were significantly lower than those in the groups A and C(P<0.05). The group C compared with the group A, the average daily feed intake and average daily gain were increased by 1.76% and 8.13%, but the differences were not significant(P>0.05). Feed/gain in the groups B and C had no significant difference compared with the group A(P>0.05), but it in group C was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05). 2)The contents of total protein, albumin, globulin and urea nitrogen, albu?min/globulin, and the activities of alanine transaminase and aspartate transaminase in serum had no significant differences among three groups(P>0.05). 3)Compared with the group A, the money/gain increased by 13.47% in the group B(P>0.05),and decreased by 5.22% in the group C(P>0.05). It is concluded that the combination of 2.0% YE+2.0% DPS+2.0% fish meal has a best effect for improving the nursery piglets' growth performance and economic benefits, the combination of 1.5% SDPP+2.0% fish meal is the second, and the combination of 3.0% DPS+5.0% fish meal has a worse effect.关键词
