Abstract
Under the strategic background of comprehensively deepening reform, economic new normal and social transformation, the innovation of management system and mechanism of Xiong'an New Area is one of the most important meanings for stimulating innovation vitality, eliminating planning contradictions and leading the new area governance trend. By drawing lessons from the practical experience of Pudong New Area and Binhai New Area, Xiong'an New Area should adhere to the innovation principles of particularity, gradualness, high efficiency and coordination. In the process of promoting the innovation of management system and mechanism, we should not only take rule of law as guidance, take the super ministry reform as principle and create a streamlined, efficient, unified and lean administrative management system, but also double our efforts in such aspects as the innovation of the fine and intelligent social management system and mechanism and the innovation of the system and mechanism of ecological environment management, so as to realize the goal of new city construction of of green, innovation, coordination and opening-up in Xiong'an New Area.关键词
