Abstract
From the perspective of housing property, the paper analyses the reform of China's housing policy, and explores the need to reform in the field of housing security policy in China. Namely, because of the absence of housing security of traditional property and the neglecting of rental housing security about housing ownership's accumulation of wealth, it is necessary to explore a new type of property housing security to meet the needs of the people. After clearly defining common property housing and analyzing its advantages and disadvantages, this paper combs and compares the main contents of the common property housing policy of each pilot city and puts forward the path to improve the housing policy of the common property: clearing cognition and orientation of the system and clarifying the relationship between this system and the original security system; using foreign mature experience for reference and perfecting the design of housing property system; clearing the rights and obligations and coordinating the interest relations among the participants.关键词
