Abstract
In the Internet era, the popularity of online car-hailing has also brought impact to the traditional taxi industry, and it also inspired the reform of traditional taxi service. Online car-hailing belongs to the category of sharing economy, which has the trace of sharing economy, and also has some specific reasons. This paper, through the investigation of the traditional taxi service and online car-hailing in Xi'an, Zhengzhou, Hefei and Ningbo and the combining of the experience of other parts of the country, tries to study how traditional taxi service should be reformed and what is the future direction of online car-hailing under the clear background of the top-level design. These studies not only provide reference for the reform of traditional taxi service, but also provide suggestions for the healthy development of the online car-hailing.关键词
