Abstract
To accelerate the integration process of human resources market of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei under the new normal, optimize the allocation of human resources, and promote the free flow of human resources in the region is of great significance for the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Based on this, comprehensively using the methods such as literature survey, Delphi and analytic hierarchy process, this paper constructs a hierarchical process model for the evaluation index system of human resources market integration in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Also, this paper analyzes the results of model data processing, and then puts forward to the strategy of promoting the construction of human resources market integration in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei under the new normal.关键词
