摘要

Abstract

With the development of 3D modeling technology,modeling based on single data can not satisfy the present needs of probing the deep sub-surface in more detail. This paper presents the methodology of multi-source data modeling. First,various kinds of data are integrated,including geology, geophysics,geochemistry,remote sensing,drilling and others. Second, these multi-source data are divided into two categories: picture information and text information. Third, the original data are integrated into 3D spatial database by data processing. Then,using the software GoCAD as a platform, 3D modeling on topography,geomorphology,drilling,stratigraphy, structure, rock mass and ore body is performed. In this software, the semi-automated process is adopted to build a tectonic-strata model,for which two methods are proposed to establish rock mass solid models. Finally,as an example,this method is applied to 3D modeling of the Xiangshan volcanic basin in Jiangxi Province.
