氩氦刀联合放射性125I粒子治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察
Observation on the curative effect of argon-helium knife combined with radioactive 125I particles in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of argon-helium knife combined with radioactive 125I particles in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods A total of 60 patients with advanced NSCLC in our hospital from December 2013 to August 2017 were divided into 2 groups according to different treatment protocols,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with argon-helium knife,and the observation group was treated with argon-helium knife combined with radioactive 125I particles.The curative effect,complication rate,quality of life (KPS) score,and body mass index (BMI) were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 53.33％ (16/30),higher than that of the control group [26.67％ (8/30)] (P＜0.05).After treatment,BMI and the score of KPS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the complication rate between the observation group [16.67％ (5/30)] and the control group [20.00％ (6/30)] (P＞0.05).Conclusion Argon-helium knife combined with radioactive 125I particles has significant effect in the treatment of advanced NSCLC,and it can effectively improve the body quality without increasing the complications,and it can improve the quality of life.关键词
