Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical treatment effect of preschool children with ametropic amblyopia after corrective therapy.Methods 194 cases of preschool children with ametropic amblyopia treated in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group.The control group received the refractive corrective therapy and other conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with amblyopia therapy instrument based on the conventional treatment.The children were followed up for three years.The correction and recovery of amblyopia were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The correction and recovery of amblyopia of the observation group was better than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05);there were statistically significant differences in the correction and recovery of amblyopia among children with different degree of amblyopia (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of amblyopia therapy instrument in preschool children with ametropic amblyopia based on the conventional treatment can obtain significant clinical treatment results,has a positive role in improving the correction and recovery of amblyopia.关键词
