摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional bare-handed balance training and surface myoelectric system on balance functional rehabilitation in patients with stroke.Methods 50 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was given simple bare-handed balance function training;on the basis,the treatment group was trained with surface myoelectric system.The treatment time was 30 min / times,once daily,the course of treatment was 21 days,Result After 21 days of treatment,Berg score and FIM score of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group [(42.25±6.82) vs.(31.36±7.23),(98.56±9.77) vs.(66.57±9.43)](P＜0.05).Conclusion Traditional balance training combined with surface myoelectrical system,the method is simple and easy,with significant effect,worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
