摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of paraplegia walking orthosis on motor function of lower limbs in patients with thoracic spinal cord injury and incomplete paraplegia. Methods 86 patients with incomplete paraplegia caused by thoracic spinal cord injury in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2017 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation training, and the observation group wore paraplegic walking orthosis.Compared 10-meter walking time and the time of consecutive five times sitting position changes of the two groups after 6 months of intervention, and compared motor function, tactile function, algesia function. Results After 6 months of intervention,10-meter walking time and the time of consecutive five times sitting position changes of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05);the scores of motor function, tactile function, algesia function of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Walking orthosis can effectively promote the recovery of lower extremity movement and sensory function of thoracic paraplegia patients, and improve the clinical effect.关键词
