Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of rat nerve growth factor injection and vitamin B12 injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 100 cases of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to department of neurology from June 2015 to June 2017 were divided into observation group and control group. The two groups were treated with basic treatment, the control group was treated with vitamin B12 injection on the basis, the observation group was treated with rat nerve growth factor injection. The curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment of DPN in the observation group was 94%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (82%),with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in MNCV and SNCV of the median nerve and peroneal nerve between the observation group and the control group before treatment (P>0.05);after treatment,MNCV and SNCV of the median nerve and peroneal nerve in the observation group increased more significantly than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group (2% vs.4%,P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of rat nerve growth factor on diabetic peripheral neuropathy is significant, which has the effect of improving nerve conduction velocity, with little side effect, worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
