Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of esomeprazole triple therapy in patients with helicobacter pylori (Hp)-related gastritis.Methods 82 cases of patients with Hp-related gastritis were randomly divided into the routine group (n=41) and the triple therapy group (n=41).The routine group was given the triple therapy of omeprazole,moxifloxacin tablets,and amoxicillin clavulanate potassium,and the triple therapy group was given the triple therapy of esomeprazole,moxifloxacin tablets,and amoxicillin clavulanate potassium.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results The total clinical effective rate was 92.68％ in the triple therapy group and 70.73％ in the routine group (P＜0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of NF-κB,hs-CRP,and IL-6 significantly decreased,the serum HSP70 level significantly increased in the two groups (P＜0.05),and the improvement degree in the triple therapy group was significantly higher than that in the routine group (P＜0.05).The eradication rate of Hp was 92.68％ in the triple therapy group and 65.85％ in the routine group (P＜0.05),and the incidences of adverse reactions were 7.23％ and 4.88％ respectively (P--0.644).Conclusions Esomeprazole triple therapy can have exact efficacy in the treatment of Hp-related gastritis patients,and it can improve the related symptoms and correct the stomach inflammatory reaction,and can effectively eradicate Hp and protect the gastric mucosa,therefore it can be safely used in clinical treatment.关键词
