摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of nitroglycerin combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods According to the admission order,80 patients with stable angina pectoris of CHD treated at our hospital were divided into group A and group B,40 cases for each group.Group A were treated with nitroglycerin and group B with nitroglycerin and Buyang Huanwu decoction.The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed and compared between the 2 groups.Results The curative effect of group B was better than that of group A (92.50％vs.75.00％),with a statistical difference (P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was higher in group A than that in group B (20.00％ vs.5.00％),with a statistical difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with nitroglycerin for stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease is effective and can decrease the incidence of adverse reactions,so it is worth being generalized.关键词
