Abstract
Objective To study the clinical value of erythropoietin combined with iron polysaccharide complex andlevocarnitine in the treatment of patients with renal anemia undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Methods 94 patients with renal anemia undergoing maintenance hemodialysis at our hospital from March,2015 to July,2016 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,47 for each group.The control group were subcutaneously injected erythropoietin group and the observation group were subcutaneously injected erythropoietin and orally took iron polysaccharide complex and were intravenously injected levocarnitine.The Hb,Hct,ALB,SF,and other indicators and the scores of SAS and SDS and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between these two groups.Results Before the treatment,there were no statistical differences in the Hb,Hct,ALB,SF and the scores of SAS and SDS between these two groups (P ＞ 0.05).After the treatment,the Hb,Hct,ALB,SF and the scores of SAS and SDS were better in the observation group than in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the clinical symptoms were improved a lot in the observation group but not in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.26％ in the observation group and was 19.15％ in the control group,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Erythropoietin combined with iron polysaccharide complex and levocarnitine in the treatment of patients with renal anemia undergoing maintenance hemodialysis markedly improve their clinical symptoms,decrease the incidence of adverse reactions,eliminate their adverse emotions,and restore their body balance,so it is worth being clinically generalized.关键词
