摘要
Abstract
Objective To provide some references for the rational use of antifungal drugs by summarizing the characteristics,mechanism,adverse reactions,and drug resistance of antifungal drugs for injection.Methods The related data were searched from related literatures,works,and China National Knowledge Infrastructure and VIP databases and statistically analyzed.Results There were 741 clinical reports about the treatment of fungal infections,including 250 theses about treatment for invasive fungal infection.Among the 250 theses,73 theses (29.2％) had used polyene drugs,210 (84.0％) triazole,17 (6.8％) flurocytosine,and 33 (13.2％) pneumocandins.Conclusions The application of antifungal drugs are more and more widely used;the third generation of azole drugs and fluroeytosine drugs have become the first-line treatment drugs for deep fungal infections,especially for life threatening systemic fungus,aspergillus,and candida infections.关键词
