Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on negative emotion and quality of life in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis.Method 116 patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis at our hospital from January,2014 to December,2016 were seleceted as research objects.According to the patients' hospitalized time,the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,58 cases for each group.The control group were given related clinical treatment and routine nursing intervention;in addition,the observation group were given evidence-based nursing intervention.After 4 weeks' intervention,the changes of negative emotion and quality of life were statistically analyzed in the two groups.Results The SAS and SDS scores in the two groups were lower after than before intervention and the decreased degree of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group after intervention,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).The scores of quality of life in the two groups after the intervention were significantly increased,and the increased degree in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Evidencebased nursing intervention can significantly reduce anxiety and depression in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis and improve their quality of life.It is more easily accepted by the patients and can be the first choice of nursing intervention for patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis.关键词
