Condition Assessment of Corroded Reinforced Concrete Component Considering Degradation of Load Carrying Capacity
摘要
Abstract
The effect of corrosion on the load carrying capacity was investigated in the condition assessment of reinforced concrete structure.First, the available formula for calculating the bending capacity of corroded reinforced concrete component is summarized and verified by our test data.After adjusted by test data for increasing its reliability,the best formula is used to calculate the load carrying capacity during the safety assessment.Then, the condition assessment of concrete component is carried out according to the construction, deflection, cracks and load carrying capacity.Finally, the proposed method was used to assess the condition of an existing structure for verifying its feasibility.The results show that the condition assessment method of corroded reinforced concrete component considering degradation of load carrying capacity is suitable and reliable.关键词
