Research on Intercalation Behavior and Influence of Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer in Clay
摘要
Abstract
The absorption and intercalation behavior of polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE)in clay can affect the property of cement concrete.This paper summarizes the absorption behavior of PCE in clay and the mechanism and property characterization of intercalation behavior of PCE in clay mineral montmorillonite,which further influence the setting time, fluidity and compressive strength of cement paste;the fluidity,compressive strength and rupture strength of Cement mortar;the workability,slumps, and compressive strength of concrete.The evaluation method of the influence of clay and PCE on the performance of cement concrete is concluded.The measurement of adjusting intercalation behavior is expounded.At last,the prospect of study in intercalation behavior of PCE is forecasted.关键词
