Researsh on Formation Mechanism of Opening Bubbles under Float Glass
摘要
Abstract
The main composition that leads to the opening bubbles under the float glass is hydrogen, founded by analyzing the opening bubbles gas when the tin bath bottom temperature rising.According to the theoretical calculation and combining the production realities, the analysis shows the formation mechanism of the opening bubbles of the float glass is that when the tin bath bottom temperature is rising, the hydrogen in the gas compartment of the tin bath bottom diffuses into the molten tin through the through holes in the refractory brick, and disolves into the molten tin, resulting the molten tin oversaturation to hydrogen.Then the surplus hydrogen diffuses into the surface hole of the refractory brick at where the bubbles are easily formed and then form into gas bubble and the bubble continues to grow up and then floats,leading to the opening bubble defect.关键词
