基于模拟仿真的吹制成型扑气环缺陷产生机理分析
Mechanism Analysis of Compacting Blowing Circle Defect in Glass Blowing Forming Process Based on Numerical Simulation
摘要
Abstract
Based on part's features of glass blowing forming, the mathematic models of melt flow and mold heat transfer are built using the dimensional analysis method,the computational simulation software GlassMolding is developed with VC ++6.0.Using this software,a real simulation work is carried out. The melt flow behavior and temperature distribution in first mold and the final shape mold is shown,and the results reveal the key reason of the compacting blowing circle defect.It stems from the parison inconsistent expanding which is caused by the huge variation of the parison temperature near the compacting blowing circle, and the huge temperature variation generates in the compacting blowing process.However, the compacting blowing process is necessary, so the defect is inherent for glass blowing forming.It has important application value for improving the defect to carry out the mold design and process optimization by use of numerical simulation software.关键词
