基于冻结浆料的分层实体制造法加工陶瓷坯体
Frozen Slurry-based Laminated Object Manufacturing to Fabricate Green Ceramic
摘要
Abstract
A novel additive manufacturing(AM)method of ceramics was presented.The slurry was composed of ceramic powder, organic binder and de-ion water.The processing of a layer involves casting,freezing and laser scanning.After accumulation layer by layer,the frozen body was placed into freeze dryer to obtain the green body.The influence of laser processing parameters and solid content of slurry on laser scanning process was analyzed.The results show that the damage of the structure inside the green body is avoided by scanning only the peripheral contours.The lamellar pore structure is fully preserved by combining with freeze-drying technology.The increase of the laser energy density can increase the width of the scanning line and cutting depth.Because the laser energy is scattered by the ceramic particles,the cutting depth of the laser decreases with the increase of the solid content of the slurry.关键词
