药物流产后口服妇康丸的临床疗效观察
Clinical effect of oral administration of Fukang pill after medical abortion

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of oral administration of Fukang pill on vaginal bleeding after medical abortion. Methods Ninety-six patients who received medical abortion in People's Hospital of Henan Province from June 2016 to May 2017 were included in the study,and they were randomly divided into study group and control group.Within 6 hours after discharge,the patients in the study group were treated with oral administration of Fukang pill and those in the control group were not treated with drugs.The condition was observed and the observation indexes were selected to evaluate the clinical curative effect of two groups. Results The complete abortion rate was 89.58%,the vaginal bleeding rate was 72.92%,and the vaginal bleeding time was 7.06 ± 1.01d in the study group,while those were 75.00%,41.67% and 12.14 ± 1.20d,respectively in the control group.The differences in the above indexes between two groups were significant(χ2 value was 4.262 and 9.519,t=14.484,all P<0.05).During the 2-month follow-up,the incidence of complications in the study group was 4.16%,which was lower than that of 18.75% in the control group(χ2=4.419,P<0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of Fukang pill after medical abortion can promote uterine contraction,effectively shorten vaginal bleeding time and prevent medical abortion complications.关键词
