摘要

Abstract

Both internal factors of the organism and the external environment can induce DNA damage, which will lead to cell cycle arrest, apoptosis, aging or malignant transformation.Therefore,the complete DNA damage repair mechanism is important to maintain the correctness of genetic information of living organisms.On the other hand,many tumor cells are toler-ant to antitumor agents such as DNA damage inducers by enhancing their ability to repair DNA,re-sulting in drug-resistant phenotypes.To understand the mechanism of modulating DNA damage repair in the process of therapeutic resistance will provide theoretical support for chemotherapy drug treat-ment strategy.
